“Met some close family and some vet brothers on the outside lounging area, motorcycle parking is available RIGHT AT THE FRONT,(about 30+ spacing for bikes)....and at BACK (4-6 BIKES) The company of local motorcyclists and residences fill this place with love laughter and an all around great experience. Owners on sight and runs a tight ship with a leadership second to none. The food OH-MY-GAWD, amazing... enough said. “This is a great place to get some good chicken. I was really excited when they started building this Chicken Express because they didn’t have any within a couple hour drive. When it first opened up we frequented it pretty often, and will stop in for a quick eat every now and then. They have great chicken, great fries, great rolls, and some of my favorite sweet tea! I haven’t tried many of there other menu options but I have heard good things about them.”

“Great food! I always get the fried catfish and it is always crispy and tastes great! This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They have a buffet area that normally has some good stuff, if you don’t want anything on the menu. If I am not mistaken I think they give a discount to Santa Fe teachers, but I’m not 100% sure.”

“We all chose different burgers. Each burger was cooked perfectly, well-seasoned, and delightfully messy to eat. The sweet potato fries, skinny fries, regular fries, and fried jalapeños were equally good. Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks filled, and removed used dishes/utensils as needed. The dining area was very clean and tables were quickly cleared as guests left. We will definitely eat here again when in the area.”

“This was an amazing experience. Husband and I took our 2 kids in hopes this was a family establishment. We don't get many chances for date night. Needless to say the food was absolutely delicious. The kids had the fish n chips and they were crispy but not over cooked! Husband and I took Sheri and Alec up on their offer for the special which was the pork and curry sauce over potato. Absolutely amazing! Alec served 2 beers to mu husband and his knowledge to the beers and attention to his customers is the best. We are definitely going back. Hopefully for a real date night with ot the kids. To top everything off apple pie was not too sweet just the way I like it as for the apples the were soft enough but still had that bite to them. It was a great ending to the afternoon. Thank you Alec and Sheri for a great experience!”

“Cash price for fuel is the best around - especially if you have Kroger "fuel points" to redeem. That extra 10 cents off per gallon can make a big difference, especially when getting the already low cash price. Helpful employees. I accidentally gave them too much $ and when I went back in for my change they counted it out for me and made sure I received my correct change back!”

“My wife and our friend just had a late lunch at this wonderful restaurant. We had Joana as our server, WE WANTED FOR NOTHING, she is an outstanding server. Had a chance to talk with Frankie, the chef, and he was so kind and answered all my questions about food prep (I'm a cook as well). I also paid my compliments on his shrimp etouffee and the shrimp and grits, both of which were absolutely excellent. Thank you lighthouse buffet for a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. However, Keith and the entire event staff are completely AMAZING! They went above and beyond on our wedding day, making sure every little detail was taken care off and swiftly handling any last minute changes we had. Please believe, if Keith says he will make it look beautiful, he will deliver! He worked with us on every detail and made our the place look fantastic!”
