I have really sensitive cuticles and she was so gentle. Got the shape I like perfectly. I got eyelashes so she could show me how to put them on because I absolutely cannot do it right. “I stopped by Flying Fortress CrossFit for a 6:00 AM “Drop-In” class. This box is the real deal and the coaching was excellent. There were several new folks that were instructed to scale the loading and reps so they would maintain proper form and get the most from the MetCon. The box had an impressive rig and all the gear that a legit box will have. The programming for the day was very challenging and there was plenty of very friendly encouragement from the members. I highly recommend this box for anyone looking for a welcoming box with good people. Nicole has 10 years experience in CrossFit which goes a long way in coaching others. 5 Star review for sure!”
