“I had a washing machine delivered and installed this morning (from a big box type store), and when I went to do a load of laundry I found that they had installed the hot and cold in reverse! Of course that company that I bought the washer from said they could not come back until Tuesday to swap the lines (5 days later!!), and I did not have the tools available to do it myself (I just moved into the home and don't even have a wrench here right now). Ott was able to send their guys out super fast, despite having a busy day of work lined up. They got here in literally under one hour and did the swap of the lines and got everything to work perfectly. Definitely appreciate how responsive and easy to work with these guys are, would highly recommend.”

I decided to look for a church in my community. Crossroads sounded good when I looked online, so i went today. I can’t really describe what a warm wonderful feeling I got just walking in the doors.
