“Go see Zain Naqvi, at Baytown Genesis!! I am probably the pickiest buyer on the face of the planet. I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming. “I don’t want anyone who has less than a year experience with these cars!” Zain met me. Sat with me and went through every feature. Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours. Monday evening at 7:15, I had my car!! He jumped through all the hoops. Went ALL the extra miles for me. I LOVE my car and I highly recommend them!”

I will tell you that you cant please everyone all the time, but Doc tryies his damndest and i follow suit. Some people out there always think they know more than you or want you to do something that we know is wrong, either by law or sheer common sense for customer safety and well-being, so they'll catch an attitude. My co-worker ran across town more then an hour from where we were and of course these guys had what I needed.
