“Go see Zain Naqvi, at Baytown Genesis!! I am probably the pickiest buyer on the face of the planet. I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming. “I don’t want anyone who has less than a year experience with these cars!” Zain met me. Sat with me and went through every feature. Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours.
