“The menu does not make sense. They have a menu but dont tell you what is on the menu. It really confuses me. It seems useless. I am forced to ask the employee what is on the menu, I want to be able to understand so I dont waste time asking the employee what is on the menu. On the other hand the employee helping me was really helpful. He helped me understand what was on the menu even though it was very confusing. His name was Ryan, he also showed me a lot of patience and made my subway experience great (aside from the menu, I think the manager should alter the menu so it would actually make sense).”
