“Professional, competent, and courteous! This is the only place I'll bring my car..period! Being a woman, I didn't know what to expect, as it had been my experience to be spoken to in a condescending manner by other mechanics. Not the case here! I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration, which makes all the difference!! When I first came to this place, I expected that they would do the work with expertise (which they did)..what I did NOT expect was how great the SERVICE would be! Michael didn't just explain the condition of my car, he brought me out to the garage and SHOWED me. He pointed out a couple of other things that I should be aware of but didn't have to be attended to immediately. During my most recent experience..I was TERRIFIED that my car would stall on my way to work, causing me to become a bit "frazzled" and emotional by the time I called and explained the situation to Michael. He just said "don't worry, we'll take care of you "...and they did! My car was fixed at a fair price and I was able to breathe again. Thank you National Auto Repair!!!”
