“Love a Spicy Chicken combo! Here it was fast and fresh. Great freshness to the lettuce and tomato... not wilted like when you go elsewhere. Fries cooked well and not overly salted. Clean tables in the food court.”

“I'm really impressed. They charged the standard price for their food instead of triple just because you're stuck in an airport. Service and a smile was excellent as always. Thank you for not being greedy and still showing people you care about their customers.”

“I had an amazing experience with employee Carlos Medranos. He went out of his way to help me find something very important I had left at the airport. Food is always good but the level of customer service he exhibited is outstanding.. He restored my faith in humanity.”

“I visited Pappadeaux during a 4-hour layover. They don't really have any vegan friendly options but they were able to roast some delicious veggies in olive oil with seasoning. They even made it a little spicy which I loved. Not a full meal at all but it was enough to hold me over until my next destination. I very much appreciated them making an effort to make a good dish for me. Our waiter Richard was beyond helpful, friendly, and professional. My friends ordered salmon and the chicken gyro, and both were pleased. It is pricey, but it's an airport, you won't find affordable food anywhere. All in all, I probably wouldn't visit Pappadeaux again only due to the lack of vegan friendly options. BUT if you're not vegan, take a visit. Customer Service was great!”

“I love NOS. The food is tasty and affordable, but also quality. It's open late at night when you need it. The dining room is always clean. The service is fast. What more can one ask for?”

“I got a Chopped Beef Potato and it ... was ... delicious!!! Beef was tasty and cooked just right. The potato was huge and they really stuffed it! Truly enjoyable.”

“AWESOME SERVICE! Lidia was our host, first thing they do is check your flight time to make sure you will not be late. Ate with my son, she was super friendly and made sure we were ok from start to finish. We even over heard their team meeting on expectations for the day going over customer service, at 6pm prepping for the shift/day. Great experience to have at the airport, makes the trip feel more at ease.”

“UPDATE: The actual owner of this Shell station called me personally and apologized for this incident. He was shocked to hear what had happened. It is good to know that the entire station does not act the same way as the man I encountered (see below) and I would like to say that I know feel differently about this location. If the rest of the employees are as kind and helpful as the owner, then I would recommended stopping in. PREVIOUS POST: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This afternoon we stopped at this gas station to get gas and were approached by a worker claiming he was the manager. He said he had to pump our gas, which none of us had ever seen before so we were thrown off, but complied and even offered to do it ourselves. At that comment the man got very aggressive and started harassing the driver. For no reason at all he started with “all of you white women need to stop walking around like you’re gods. You can’t treat us black men like this.” The driver said, “I’m sorry sir if I offended you by offering to pump my own gas, but I was confused because I had never been to a gas station where they pump your gas for you.” But he did not stop. It got to the point where we all had to get out of the car to ask him to stop because it was inappropriate and unnecessary. It came out of nowhere. No one was being rude and no one was being racist. He then went off on me and how I was a “privileged white female who looked down on people like him and needed to adjust the way I thought of others.” This man doesn’t know me, my financial background, or anything about my life. I walked out of the car to ask him to stop because it was inappropriate and got harassed. Not only am I appalled but I am mostly upset. No one asked for this, we were just stopping to get gas and he came over and started on us. I was not raised to be a racist of any kind. The man didn’t even look me in the eyes before accusing me of being “privileged” and a racist. It was saddening to me and also very offensive. I don’t recommend going to this gas station. There is a Texaco across the street that I will be sure to stop at the next time I am in town.”

“This was in an airport. Breakfast sandwich was tasty. Coffee was good. Service was pleasant. Dunkin Donuts is not usually my choice. I would recommend it although it is still not my preferred chain.”

“They got yummy pizza. The 3-Cheese pizza is a great value. Saved my tummy before my long flight.”

“It was good or we were just super hungry or maybe a little bit of both of those options.”
