“Still great food great menu fresh and tasty. This is how I remember Red Robin. We went on a Friday night and the place was packed so service was slow and I understood the slow service. The waitress was great to help me sign up for the Red Robin specials . I was glad to get the points and credit for the meal we ordered. After paying for the meal we were waiting for a couple of take-home boxes. My guest who was facing that entryway from the kitchen was telling me that our waitress was always talking to people at end booth from the role of booths next to us. My guest said that is why it was taking her so long to serve us and check on our drinks. I really thought it was because the number of people in the restaurant was so great. I thought about that and waited a little longer for our take-home boxes and I finally took a black basket left at the table for our appetizer put our take home food in it and we left. Bottom line: there's only so much understanding a customer should place for slow service. I was willing to allow the slow service because the restaurant was so packed but I'm not willing to be taken advantage of so our waitress can chat with her friends and ignore our order and her responsibilities. The restaurant was clean and bright and really well prepared. The people that greeted Us in the foyer were really nice and very cheerful I really had a good feeling about this Red Robin from them. I will return, But I will be more vocal about bad service.”

“Good was good. Our waiter, Nick, was effing awesome. Interacted with the kids, even my shy grouchy daughter lol. She ordered the poke salad and the tuna came out WAY overcooked. Before we had the chance to say anything Nick came back with a new tuna perfectly cooked. They should make him a manager.”
