“I don't like to leave bad review. We have two deliveries from this company. The company missed the delivery time frame and we had to leave the area. We suggested a re-delivery and the staff Dave insists a redeliver fee! Do I need to charge you for waiting fee? Please get your service standard right! You missed the delivery date you're going to have to work on a day that's work for everyone. Service like this is unacceptable! *Delivery man Anthony Davis was very professional and very helpful. Described what happened. He handled the frustrated customer very well. I only hope the company will have more staff like Mr. Anthony Davis. I only hoped R&L will have more driver like him. He bumped from 1 star to a 4 star.”
