“I'm a long time fan of the franchise, I've been eating here since 2007. The sandwiches are great, better than your standard sub restaurant. The facility is always clean. Staff is friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. Ingredients are fresh, and your sandwich is made to order. Their breads are amazing - crusty on the outside, soft inside, not chewy at all. Decor is cute, fireman themed and varies at each location. And who doesn't love supporting their local Ladder? I find myself craving Firehouse lots!”
