“This is the first Chili's Grill and Bar that I can actually say I enjoyed. The staff was great. The food as well. 2 yrs ago in Killeen, Central Texas Express and Ft Hood Both were terrible. The one course had been prepared at least a day prior. The cheese was so hard, the guacamole was bad, the salsa, sour cream had been exposed. Meaning not covered, just in a refrigerator. I asked for a new one, only to be brought the same EXACT THING. I did report it. And, the response was good. I accepted the apology. And received three 10.00 dollar cards, that I used to pay for lunch in Houston. I appreciate their acknowledgement of the situation. And, I will most definitely visit again.”

“Terrific owners make the overall experience a pleasure. Lots of Italian Speaking guests having birthdays and anniversaries, which is ALWAYS a good sign in an Italian themed restaurant. Specialty items for both appetizers AND entrees are both ambitious and well presented with unique flavors not at all found elsewhere, so this is worth a visit. The food quality, knowledge of the staff, service, presentation are all a 5+, and the only reason for a 4+ rating here is twofold: too many menu items that are meat or chops are herb oriented with essentially one or two main herbs and spices, so if that's not a flavor one cares for, it takes basic choices of too many dishes out of contention; and, the number of selections of cream or cheese based sauces are terrific, but the choices Other than those are too limited. An easy fix is to simply have a few meats, specials and pasta selections that are coordinated with the regular menu so as to provide a better balance. The appetizers are very varied and we saw at least 6 others besides the Braesola with Arugula, and the Grilled Octopus with Large Shrimp we had, that were all equally excellent. The pizza's, about 15 inch diameter, were also delightfully surprising that in a fine Italian restaurant the owners would take such pride in delivering the best of the best in freshest and high quality ingredients. A couple or biz meeting could go to lunch or dinner here and just have a couple of appetizers and a pizza and be blown away at how delicious and reasonable it was. Last equally pleasant surprise was the pages of red, white and sparkling wines BY-THE-GLASS, which included Italian, American and French selections I have frequented at home. A pleasant surprise on a Thursday night. Good luck and prosperity. We will certainly be returning.”

“I did not have anything against this restaurant, I was just unclear that this is a place where you pay close to $60/person and also have to cook your own food. I wouldn't go here again just because it was not as relaxing as I would've liked. HOWEVER, our service was phenomenal. We had two enthusiastic severs who both truly believed in the company and seemed to love working there. The food also did taste delicious, even having to cook it ourselves.”

“One of the greatest dining experience I have ever had. No menu the head chef comes to the table and asks what do you enjoy. I told him and told him my diet needs. He bright out the most amazing food prepared hot and tasty. Then the desert. Wow. Made table side. The entire time a piano man is playing soft relaxing songs I know from when I was a young boy. It brought back great memories. I think the best part was they stay open late it was after 10 when we got there. This is a must in Houston. You will never regret going here. Been there 30 years from what I was told. I am mad I just found it.”
