“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”

“The staff, especially Dr. Burkholder, are wonderful. However, when you are sick, you cannot get an appointment at this location. I am in need of a doctor now and was told I could see her at the end of December. Unacceptable. My mother also goes to this office and she was on hold for 49 minutes only to be hung up on in the end with no help, no call back, nothing. For this reason I would recommend you continue searching other doctor's offices.”

“DEFINITELY THE BEST EXTENDED STAY . In Westchase there are several hotels in a row off Rogerdale . I have stayed in everyone. This place has great customer service and touches like pots and pans. Silverware . Ice cube trays. So good. The staff is kind and welcoming. Down to the housekeeping .”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Customer service was excellent! Breakfast was made of scrambled eggs,egg white omelet with veggies, sausage, oatmeal, milk, juices, bread, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and more things. They have an indoor pool, work out area, office area and more. Great place to stay with the family!”

“It was a good stay enjoyed it. Only problem was that it smelled like marijuana all night and even inside the room. Probably the people next to us. Staff was friendly. self parking was 27$. Cookie was good had the balcony room had a refrigerator and safe. The shower was nice. Free coffee and enough towels. I requested a high floor and ended up in the 25 story, great view I could even see downtown Houston.”

“The Englishman Maintenance Dude is Awesome !!! ..He Sincerely Cares that all things are functioning properly at All times. 24/7. The front desk Dude is very Professional & Easy to get along with. The Cleaning Lady is my Favorite. I tipped her the best because she deserves it. She works her bunns off, cleaning up poop & vomit. She no habla English, but she's about 49 yrs old, hard worker. Please Tip her at least $5. Seriously people, you can afford it.”

“Jose is such a help with looking for an apartment and he lets you know everything about the apartment before you pick which floor plan you want. I went in wanted a townhome and he sold me a 1bd room he explains the features of it so well I wanted it before even looking at it. “Love this hotel it’s one of the best sleep Inn and suites, I have ever stayed. Staff is very kind and loyal also the gentleman name nick, he was very helpful, he did make sure we get the right room I had stayed there for 4 nights. It’s was a pleaseant stay with my family and kids. Rooms are clean and neat everything looks new. The beds are so comfortable the shower was good even their breakfast is very good and delicious! Lastly I enjoyed my stay I would love to visit this place again.”
