After he assisted I tried finding the rest of the items on my own. Not long after Mr. Del was passing by and asked if I needed assistance. He patiently helped me find each item and then assisted with checking me out which became eventful due to my recent move. Mr. Del through and through was still extremely patient and helpful. While he was assisting another associate came over and said Del, the man with the master plan. My exact thought was RIGHT! Current day it’s hard to find people who genuinely want to help…yes even if they are getting paid for it. “We were skeptical bringing our pet here due to the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We had to bring our dog in around 12:30 AM because she had ingested something and wasn’t moving, pale, etc. They took her in within a few minutes of arriving, updated us within another 20-30 minutes that she was stable. We were finally able to see her 2:30-3 AM. We ended up leaving pretty late and came back in the morning for her- but honestly, the staff was so kind and understanding even with frustrated guests around them and a packed waiting room. I would definitely recommend this place.”

And seriously her customer service is spectacular and her kindness keeps me coming. I have had AWFUL experiences in the past at this and many more but to come to a fast food and actually get kindness and love is rare nowadays.
