Ms. A and Destiny at the front desk, Priscilla and Camila as medical assistants and Beatrice and Christian as the nurse practitioners keep this facility running smoothly. These young ladies all need raises 💰! As challenging as it is currently to find great employees, when you get them more than ever it is important for you to keep them. “I first would like to say the entire staff, regardless of position, have been very supportive of me since I started my weight loss journey especially Nick. I started last November at 335 pounds and I am currently weighing 210 pounds. This is the perfect gym for me and what I was trying to accomplish. I am extremely busy but Hotworx allows me to get my workout accomplished without have to spend hour and hours everyday in the gym. The hotblast and thunder row are my favorite machines and the 130 degree temperature helps with detox. I have truly found a home. I encourage if any of you are in Cypress to give Hotworx a try. “I have been working out at Lifted for the past 4 weeks now, and I cannot say enough good things about this place, and my trainer, Vince. I have had trainers in the past but none that actually get me to enjoy heading in to workout. Most of the exercises Vince has me do are new to me, but challenge me, and I just feel amazing after. I can already see a difference after 4 weeks. The owners, Bryan & Tory are awesome, and the gym is beautiful, and just has a laid back, friendly, home feel to it. Seriously could not ask for a better gym and trainer. Hands down - they are the best in The Woodlands area.”

The salesman (Nick) is very straightforward and does not try to upsell or go 500% markup on value ; I only say so because in my search for a vehicle I have unfortunately came across that. In short, you treat him with respect and be honest then you will receive that 10 fold back, Nick has done nothing short of treat me like family. I just wish I was able to keep my car longer than I did... 3 months after owning this beautiful blue Cooper S on 9/11/22, I got hit by a wrong way driver head on. “I ordered a chocolate and peanut brownie, a peanut butter cookie and 2 macadamia nut cookies from this place. They warmed it up for me too which is really nice! It cost me $10. The presentation would've sold anyone!! It was beautiful I think! The pretty business name box with a nice advertisement attached and a beautiful ribbon in a bow around it! Adorable! The reason I gave this a 4 star is because the peanut butter cookie I got, didn't taste like peanut butter at all! Maybe a berry flavor which is odd but yeah.... the brownie I was expecting to be gooey and warm but it was actuality crumbley and dry which was really sad. The macadamia cookies though!! They were the bomb!!! Sooo it was a nice, very clean place with amazing service! The presentation was beautiful! The food just needed some extra love thrown in them!”

“I cannot say enough about this storage place. I have 3 other units at other locations and needed one very close to my home. I rented from this location until my office warehouse was ready for move in. Ronnie at the front desk is very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The location is very safe, well lit and CLEAN. I had a nest of wasps that had built in the hallway by my unit and I could not get by them comfortably. I went to the office and Ronnie literally stopped everything and went and removed it. I am only sorry that I have to move as my unit was a corner unit with lighting inside when I raised the door. You will not be sorry if you rent from this location. Thanks again!”
