“I had posterior neck neck surgery on Monday the 27th. Candy in Pre op was amazing. I had to stay over that night, so I had Candy and Dee until night shift started. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome these ladies are!! My anesthetized mind will not let remember the night shifts names but they were the BEST. Now on to Friday and it’s a repeat, now I’m having anterior cervical fusion. And I get to see all the same sweet angel girls again. They all go above and beyond for their patients. “Goodrich is AWESOME!! On Father’s Day, while traveling to see my dad, something in the road blew both passenger tires, spun me out and slammed me into the median. I thought my new car was toast. I called Goodrich by luck. They towed me for free to the garage. The management, reception and mechanic team was stellar. My new car needed a ton of work. Not only did they address every issue but they did it with a sincere mindfulness for the amount of money I’d eventually spend. The final repairs were functionally so much more than I thought was possible. The final cost was entirely reasonable and could have been higher. I would have still payed it, the work was worth it. :) Replaced- rear axle, strut, lower control arm, tires. Repaired- bumper and quarter panel, rims.”

“I actually love this store and the employees. They're all amazing very sweet and helpful however I just had my very first bad experience and I am not very happy. I buy Febreze fairly frequently and I know that they are not always all the way full it specially because people spray them but they're at least like 3/4 of the way full if not a little more and I bought one last night and I got it home and this morning when I went to use it I realized that it was less than half way full so I called and asked if I could exchange it for one that was full and the woman she didn't sound familiar so I'm not sure if it was one of the employees that I normally see her seat to but she told me that none of them are full every single one of them are always half-full and that's how they are sold and I know for a fact that Febreze does not sell half full bottles for my six $7. So I guess now I'm going to have to go up there and try to figure this out and hope that I didn't just get completely ripped off very disappointed”
