“i was pulled over because i got caught in the dark with blown headlight bulbs. it was an unfortunate situation due to my idiocy and the recent transition to daylight savings. i had to use my emergency blinkers to be visible, but visibility of the road was a problem... officer pulled me over, allowed me to explain my situation, and offered to escort me to the nearest auto shop to buy and install new bulbs. i think in most situations, i would've been punished with a ticket or worse. but in this case the officer actually helped. much thanks officer. i'm very grateful for your service”

“Last night a team of EMS showed up at my sons home after dialing 911 because he was bitten by fire ants and had a very scary anaphylactic reaction and was unable to breathe. The EMS nurse was amazing and the entire team jumped into action to help my son. They were so professional and kept the situation under control while treating my son. I was thank ful for the team that showed up. The supervisor who accompanied them was also so kind and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I can not thank them all enough for a job well done!!!!! My son is doing better today!! Thank God!!”
