“I brought my 65 Mustang to L&L that was in BAD shape from another Austin restoration shop who failed to complete any work that they started. L&L has a small section of their normal business that is dedicated to classic cars like mine. They got my car in pretty quick and went to work, they found many errors and concerns that the other shop overlooked, corrected them and finished rebuilding my engine. They got my car running in a pretty quick timeframe and I finally feel comfortable taking it home. I am so thankful, especially for Don and Richard's hard work to help us out of a bad situation. If you need a shop that you can trust, i would 100% recommend them. They are honest, great communicators, very clear with expectations and prices and are happy to have you stop by and chat and check on progress every step of the way. “We had a fantastic experience with American Water. Starting with Jason Hamilton who was our sales rep! He came out to our home for our consultation in the late afternoon traffic to accommodate our schedule. He was very knowledgeable on the products answering our MANY questions and very friendly during the whole appointment, even though it ran late, and we confirmed we would not be ready to purchase for a few months. He put not pressure on us to buy at all and ensured sure when we were ready, we'd would be getting the best product for our home. We decided about 6 weeks later that we wanted to move forward and called Jason. At that time, he reviewed our initial offer and was able to upgrade us to an even better system (that wasn't available during our initial consultation) AND was able to get it for us for $400 cheaper by reviewing the current deals they were running. AMAZING customer service! We got our water softener installed the following week with representative Frank. Frank did a fantastic job! He kept me informed through the whole process, also double checking our water was hooked up correctly as well in every room. He thoroughly explained how the product worked, noted problems to watch out for, and how to operate the water softener if any issues should arrive. He was very professional and friendly through the whole installation. I am extremely impressed with this company, not only with the quality of their products, but with the exceptional customer service from beginning to end!”
