“I purchased an older model trailer 20ft long 10ft tall enclosed cargo trailer and I have been using it for about five months and I blew a hub. Got a good price on the trailer but after blowing that hub and getting stranded on the side of the road I felt the need to have the whole thing inspected top to bottom!! From start to finish from office to mechanic everyone was great! Communicating well with me the entire time and the trailer was only in for a few days. They fix the flooring that was coming up, they fix the door springs and cables, brand new coupler, brand new tires, replace all the old outdated brake lines and more. They did a very thorough job and I couldn’t be happier from service to price the amount of work to get done that quick was amazing! Top-notch! I will be bringing my vehicles and trailers to them from now on and nobody else! Thanks again guys amazing work!!!”

“We absolutely love this place. If you are looking for a spot to throw a party or host really any type of event they have you covered. Also a great spot for a gals night out or a romantic night with a honey. Several different options and spaces to meet any needs one might have. Andrew the sales and events manager is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond. I threw my father a birthday party at the opera house and it was a slam dunk. Andrew was accommodating and patient and I just could not have asked for anything more. The location itself is great, it’s not too far and food and shopping is super close by. Obviously wimberley is stunning and the river is right across the way. Every cabin has a beautiful view of the water, the staff is super chill and the whole vibe is right. Looking forward to our next party for the kiddos! Can’t say enough!”

“Excellent service. My laptop was unfortunately irreparable, but the staff was extremely helpful in explaining how and why. The diagnostic was free so I didn’t have to spend anything to be told it couldn’t be fixed. I have no doubt that had the problem been fixable, it would’ve been done well. “Thanks for asking...over a year ago I dropped in but didn't find what I wanted. I did however leave my phone number. Last week, I got a text from Kaelin, who let me know that she had found somethings I truly might be interested in. She sent photographs. I was unable to get out to the shop but we texted back and forth about the products. She talked to her manager and even had even gotten permission to give me a special deal. Now that's service! By the time I could make it to the shop Kaelin was not there. I ended up working with Trinity. She was just as helpful as Kaelin! Finally after seeing everything that the shop had to offer Trinity helped me with a fantastic price that I was comfortable with. How could this be, two great sells associates at the same shop? Before I left I ended up talking with 2 more employees. Each was helpful. Drew, the "muscle" at the shop even went the extra mile and helped me get an excellent deal for my delivery of the furniture. Maybe you think my bill was enormous, it wasn't, but the service I received has made me feel like a VIP.
