The technician, John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. A few days later my air conditioner wasn't cooling and since I had such good luck before I called Jay Young's again . Phyllis was super sweet and sent Raymond my way eventhough it was late in the day. Raymond and Michael fixed the problem and within an hour I had a cool comfortable house.
