“Beautiful location great green space and grilling area when you drive up the stairwell gives you the vibe that this is not going to be great, but the rooms are decent, you’re going to the beach and you’re going to stay in that area you’re not gonna be in the room long it is way better than a motel six. I would recommend them changing out the fridge if it looks rusty on the outside, but was clean on the inside, extremely clean. And the AC could be a little cooler but again will stay there again just because it is perfect as far as the swimming pool and the beach side highly recommend it.”

“Stayed here 4th of July weekend, and it was great! Texas State Aquarium and the Lexington was down the street. Backyard is huge acts as extra parking and kids ran around while we barbecued and watching the fireworks from the beach was perfect and just a short walk away! Owners are the sweetest ppl. We’ll definitely be back! 👍🏻”

“We had a clean room. It was inexpensive too. No breakfast included but would stay here again.The property was mellow & quiet, no rowdy guests or partying. Brandt in the front office was sweet, friendly, & helpful. I've worked in the customer service industry for 12 years & he is the poster child for what folks should be for top notch service. He deserves a raise! Thank you Rodeway Inn! We will certainly return! 🤗”

“I would 100 % recommend staying at Southern Breeze. The condo itself was impeccable and super clean. The owner Adrian has kept up his condo beautifully. I will definitely be returning for a stay at his condo specifically. Also the location is amazing, access to the beach and a pool on site and the condo itself has a nice beach view. Cant say enough good things about our stay can't wait to go back!”

“It is an older motel, but it's clean. The beds are comfortable. Nice tv's, fridges and microwaves. Never saw and roaches during our stay. Staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and welcoming. Fast service.”

“Regency Inn is a great, inexpensive place to stretch your legs after a dip in the salty sea. The staff is amazing with customer service. The smoking side has a view of the highway , hot concrete and sun burnt patchy grass. But walk around the balcony and you get a gorgeous view of the ocean and the S.S. Lexington. Top it off with two awesome restaurants surrounding your room. Perfect place for when you want some beach!”

“We booked here for a week during our vacation. It was a great choice, the location is a short drive away from everything. Breakfast every morning. The pool is great, water temperature was always perfect. The only down side right now is you have to request things for your room, but its because of covid things that are still in place. Its a very simple process, you just have to make sure to get it downstairs. Our room faced the super bright billboard out front and the first night it was somewhat bothersome but after that we figured out how to get the curtains just right and we didn't mind it. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Updated. Has laundry, workout room, ice machine, pool etc everything you could need for a stay. Chris, the guy working the front desk the days we were there was so helpful and friendly. He always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. We had lots of questions being as we were from out of town, he always had great recommendations on both local attractions and restaurants. Sherry, she was one of the housekeepers and she was also fantastic. Anytime we needed something she was always on top of it, she was also extremely helpful and friendly.”

“I have resided at Golf Vista Apartments, since August, 2015. I am please to report that new management has renovated issues that were affecting the property. I was able to pursue my education during management's "cleaning house". I am now a Project Manager representing the best interest of Golf Vista Apartments. Our Leasing Office appreciate tenant participation. Working together with management, will "mushroom" any concerns that may arise. I do not hesitate to recommend, our apartments. This property is 5-Star and one has to see it for his or her self. Security is very attentive, to the tenants needs. Maintenance workers are reliable. Our leasing staff is very resourceful and respectful and follow up on any issues. In Closing, Golf Vista Apartments represents affordable living and a safe environment. I recommend seeing this upgraded property, for your self.”

“Book a room as a spur of the moment thing. Reasonable prices. Desk staff was friendly. Room was nice. Only complaint would be that my room didn't have a remote for the TV so we had to keep getting up to change the channel. Not sure if all rooms are like this or not. I would definitely be coming back again. Especially since it's about a 10 minute drive to the beach.”
