The person answering the phone was super helpful and informative with my many questions and concern about our air conditioning unit. when I called, we were not establish customers and they were able to come out to our home which let me mention is over an hour outside of town and they came out the same day. The technician was very informative, and he took his time, making sure that we understood every step of the process and educated us about our system. They didn’t just show up and “it’s fixed” and then leave. I’m very thankful to have found a company that feels genuine and that has wonderful customer service.”

I called another company and they charged me more for the service call, told me they shut down the leak but didn't and then wanted to charge me 3 times what Royal charged. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. I want be calling anyone else but Royal in the future.”

“Had a drain back up & when another plumber was unable to fix the issue and was extremely rude, I called Lamar Plumbing. Paul came out and had the issue fixed in a short amount of time. Recently had Paul and Clayton out to fix a separate issue. Again the issue was resolved timely. Both were extremely friendly & Paul is an amazing plumber. The prices are fair. Paul and Clayton worked fast and efficiently to resolve the issue in as little time possible. The staff who answer the phone are extremely friendly and helpful. All around they are a pleasure to do business with.”

“I don't think a lot of people know about all the services ABC provides, but the one I use the most is the plumbing. Open 24/7, the service includes free estimates, same-day appointments, and the height of professionalism in their plumbers. Always in uniform, friendly, on time, and very fast, they are all very nice, but my favorite is Justin, who unstopped and unspeakably foul clog in my sewer line. You'd think he was psychic the way he knew exactly what the issue was and where to find my invisible drainage pipes. He cleaned my tubs and showers, reassured me that it was more than safe to use, and explained how the clog happened and how to know when to call them again in the future. I've never had a bad experience with these folks, and love their billing process and detailed emailed quotes and receipts. Fantastic crew, fantastic company!”

“Their response time was amazing! I initially inquired about pest and rodent control. While speaking with Mike during the first no obligation visit, I learned of the various services ABC provides. I told him I also needed a plumber and very shortly after he left, I was contacted by the office to schedule the plumber. A few days later, the plumber came, made an assessment and provided me with a quote. There was no pressure involved. He was very professional and polite. Today my pest control treatment was done. The technician was very informative when I had questions and he was very thorough with the treatment. Overall, I was very pleased with ABC beginning with my initial phone call. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions. Mike, the plumber (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) and Anthony, the pest control technician, were all so polite, professional and responsive to all my questions. “Today our heat wasn’t working properly. I called Snappy this morning and they sent Reggie out to the house just a couple of hours later. After a very thorough inspection of what was going on, we were given the news that we already knew, we would need a new outdoor unit. Reggie gave us several options to choose from and explained in detail each one. The pricing was good, and the honesty was very much appreciated. We added the new Halo UV light to our order. This is an awesome thing to have. It kills virus and bacteria in the air! I don’t have to use Lysol anymore. They also do duct cleaning . Being a new home fir us, we are having that done as well. We have been with Snappy for about 5 years, and for these past 5 years we had our favorite tech come every time we needed them. His name was Dennis. He was always in a great mood, and always put me in one to. He was friendly and cared about how he treated people. He was awesome, I looked forward to his visits, and he will be greatly missed.”
