“My husband and I went in for a truck load of items from concrete blocks to mulch, edging, and other items. We saw a young man loading a truck by himself. We walked in and and saw at least four other employees and not one asked if we needed help. A young lady and a guy were talking in a corner instead of working. Another was sweeping. The last one was on his phone. They all saw us and looked the other way when we were trying to load items on the cart. We were in the back of the garden center. My husband went all the way back to the front and the young man that was unloading the pickup truck said he will help us shortly. Mostly by himself he loaded two really heavy carts and we needed a third cart.It bothered me so that all the other employees were not helping him and just watching. I had to go tell the guy on the phone to come help good coworker. To make a long story short Thank you GARRETT! For care, compassion and helping us load out items. This store is blessed to have this young man.”

“He absolutely turned my health around. He LISTENED to my strange health history. He immediately focused on things other providers had missed, asking questions about basic things like sleep. Turns out I have significant sleep apnea. He did all the appropriate testing to rule out other things, but after treating my sleep apnea and identifying foods I was allergic to my chronic migraines are completely gone without medication. My overall inflammation is lower than it has been in 20 years. He did what dozens of other providers didn't. So grateful to him. I highly recommend him and his staff.”

“Wedding anniversary dinner. The majority of the stars are based on the food, because that is the most important aspect of any restaurant. The food was excellent. We kicked off with an old fashioned and the special Witches Brew cocktail. Both were strong and we ordered multiple (highly recommend the witches brew). While I was a little disappointed in the appetizer options, I was so glad we ordered the Bacon! The glaze was an excellent touch, my husband shamelessly scraped the plate. I also can't recommend the scallop dish enough! Cooked perfectly- I mean perfect! This is my go-to dish at other upscale restaurants, so just trust me on this one. My husband had the prime ribeye, and it was also great. Another must have is the Lobster Mac and Cheese! Order it!!! Worth every single penny! We wrapped up with creme brulee and a 3 layer chocolate cake. Both were good. Our waitress was Cassi and she was great! Pleasant and attentive. I'm calling her out specifically because we made a comment about something we received. And when she could have easily walked away, instead she addressed it and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Not all servers do that! Now, the 'eh' part. We specifically were looking for something upscale for our anniversary. The prices on this menu were not cheap. However, the atmosphere in the dining room was lacking. It needs a serious deep cleaning of the booths- lots of dust. And the music choice for evening dining was a little honky-tonk for my liking. While there is beautiful stained glass and a beautiful bar, some of the other decor was more dated than I expected. But there are great photo ops outside and in the foyer. Another miss was on the dessert plate. They knew it was our anniversary, and maybe I'm just spoiled but I'm used to the restaurant writing out "Happy Anniversary" on the plate. It's a small thing and not a big deal but something that I think has become standard at an upscale restaurant. And I keep mentioning 'upscale', I definitely feel the food meets that criteria, the decor/atmosphere is on the lower end of what you would consider upscale for the price paid.”
