“The wife and I took a weekend getaway to Glen Rose. I had researched for a conservative, Biblically based congregation to worship with Sunday. (I am a Baptist pastor, but just because a congregation has the word "Baptist" in its name doesn't mean it stays true to Biblical truth.) The folks there were quite kind and welcoming. The attitude and ability of the worship team members was excellent. ( Hey, if you like Matt Papa/Matt Boswell, along with the Gettys, how can you go wrong?) Everything from the devotional/responsive readings to the sermon were very Biblical. The message was expositional and encouraging. If you are seeking a fellowship that is Biblically-based and Christ honoring, I highly suggest Grace Community Church. We enjoy our occasional getaways to Glen Rose, and were blessed during the time of worship and fellowship at Grace Community. As Arnold would say..."I'll be back."”

“May I give 10 stars? My life being constantly full of rescued pets, I've had experience with Vets in various cities. Not one of them can compare to Dr. Crabtree and his extremely well trained, professional staff. Besides routine ear cleanings, etc. he recently did surgery on my dog and one of my cats. He is clear in explanations, confident in approach and his compassion shows through with every visit. It is refreshing to put my trust in a Veterinarian who is in it for his love of and respect to animals. Added benefit is no price gouging here. He and his crew are very considerate of 'pet parents'. “Well when the first RV came running down the hill, chasing after a dinosaur, I decided right off that not only was this a great place, but that is i get another dog , if it is a boy, I'll name it Shirley, cause this will confuse the dog and the Jurassic RVs will be able to park with out a transgender dog trying to lick peaniut butter off the fenders”

“I surprised my wife after a 2hr drive, on where i was taking her. The place is beautiful way out in no where for us. We arrived early so we would not miss nothing of tonights performance. Arrive early to beat the gate rush. The concourse and main building seems a bit small (crowded in) for the venue. The seating and stage is extraordinarily. Not a bad seat in the place and spaced out, the dynamic of sound is A1 and professionally mixed perfect. Lighting and Special Effects outstanding. I am going to try and give a honest review without ruining the experience for you. There has been a lot of time and energy put into the Sets, Lighting, Rehearsals and Training of the animals to achieve what they did tonight. You can feel the passion that each actor puts into his character during the singing parts and then their dialogue. The opening singers were wonderful also. The concessions prices were good The actual ticket price was good, will pay that again (only issue online charges you an additional $3.00 per ticket) Also, I do not like having to down load an app to get my tickets to my phone, just email me a pdf receipt to me I would prefer. Parking is $10 per car, Lots of Handicap Parking. At the end you can meet the cast. The actual wife of the Actor who played Peter, prayed with my wife for healing of her mom who is having health issues right now. That speaks volumes to me.”

“We had a great time at DVRVP. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We saw the owners & their team working hard to keep everything picked up over the holiday weekend. The kids loved the biking area and pool. The dog park area was clean and had fresh tennis balls. I really enjoyed walking down to the river with my morning coffee. It is very easy to see how much the owners care about their property. The easy access to the state park and Dinosaur World was just a bonus. We’ll definitely return.”

“Absolutely amazing. My 8 year old had never been on a horse and it's been 15-20 years since I had been. My last horseback experience was a nightmare so I was nervous to go. Our guide was amazing and patient. Made us feel completely at ease. Only did the 30 min ride this time as we weren't sure how it would go but will definitely be back for the longer ride next time. Definitely recommend.”
