“This page really needs to be updated—the new owners have completely changed the place. The one star reviews are from the old business. It’s easily one of the better spots in town now, especially for lunch. The Jason’s Deli–style salad bar is always clean and fresh, and their Matcha is hands down the best in GR—no chunks, vibrant (you can tell how good match is by the color and there’s are never pale), and never chalky. You can adjust the sweetness but still taste the real Matcha flavor. The fall menu is unique, and they have so many syrups and sauces that they can make anything you want. My favorite part is the study rooms—you can grab a drink, lock in, use the TV as a second monitor, and jot notes on the whiteboard. The staff is super friendly and always helpful.”

“I found this beautiful gem a year ago and am hooked! Everything about this place is magical. The caretakers are awesome! The animals are friendly. The little farm shop is quaint and full of natural, homemade, local products. Their meat and eggs are delicious and it matters to me knowing where the food comes from and how it's raised. The land is beautiful and full of wonderful surprises. “This is small restaurant that makes food fresh so there will be a wait, but it will be worth it. You need to wait to be seated. Service was great everyone was friendly even the people of Glen rose! Fried pickles fresh and hot, batter has a spicy component to it so keep that in mind. Fries are fresh cut and you will need to add salt but they are good. BLT sandwich was the best, my cheeseburger was more well done than I like but still good. Chicken tenders hot and crispy. Definitely a good place if you are looking for fresh homemade food.”

“We had such a great experience on our mini vacation. The host, Samantha, was so hospitable and engaging. We were able to use the grill and say hello to her goats, sheep, hogs, rabbits and chickens. We really enjoyed seeing the apricot blossoms and had fun using their tandem bike while our neices and nephews enjoyed their swing set. They provided coffee, tea, popcorn and dvds for a cozy night in a well decorated house with the cutest details. Such a fun getaway and educational experience.”
