“Dr. Sohail is a very knowledgeable cardiologist who takes time to make sure that I understand what’s going on. I’ve had times where I was really worried and he helped explain what was happening to me. Dahlia, his nurse practitioner, is a lovely lady and she takes her time with me. Jamie, the medical assistant is always pleasant to me over the phone and takes the time to explain things. I love the tech’s energy. Whatever I need to come in for an echocardiogram, she talks to me about everything. I love talking to her and laughing. The entire staff right now has been cut because of COVID. They have been referring all CPAP patients to a DME company since Mary no longer works with them. I really like the staff that they have right now because they’re not rude. There is a hold whenever I call though. I see only one person working at the front desk answering the phones when I do come in.”

“This hotel is a beautiful place.The guy at the front desk was very friendly and our room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. We live in Atlanta came to the Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta game but we are Dallas Cowboys fans. He made us feel so welcome and even offer some places for us to eat we won the game so we were happy. When we checked out Monday morning he asked us did we get a chance to try a restaurant called Babes that he had recommended we didn't but we have some time so we went there now. It was great, we did not want to leave to go catch our flight. The food was so good and they give you so much. The next time we come to Dallas your hotel would definitely be the place to stay. It's very convenient to everything. I think his name was Jesus at the front desk but he's great and thank you for a wonderful experience. The Allen's”

“Absolutely beautiful all the way around. I love how the all the flowerbeds are designed with space to walk through tall flowers. Lovely cottage garden look. The native tree trail was also stunning. Had a very furn-gully feel to it. You can really tell so much love goes into the upkeep of this place but they don't focus on making it all look commercial. It's all get a very natural old world style feel to it. I'm only posting a few pictures because they really don't do the place justice.”

“My husband, myself and 2 boys stayed over the weekend. We were in room 224 which is a one bedroom king with a fold out sofa. We all slept great! The bed was so comfortable that my husband and I wanted to take the bed home with us! The room was very clean and I saw housekeeping several times. They were sweet ladies willing to help in any way. Our room had a nice view of the outdoor lounge area and pool. My husband went to the gym in the morning and brought breakfast for us to our room. Everything was perfect. I am a property manager and will add that it was nice to see the hotel adequately staffed and each employee with a smile on their face.”

“This is a nice and pricey hotel to have its hallways full of trash. Not even Motel 6 has its hallways like this 😠…… So it’s been two months since I initially gave this review. Well, I’ve been back a few more times and I have to say that I haven’t seen the hallways like before. Everything is nice and clean now. I’m impressed. Thank you guys! 👏🏼”
