“Had an awesome visit with my mother earlier today! We went in looking for a few specific things, and right off the bat the two people working there were VERY helpful, polite, and knowledgeable of what we were looking for! They were very friendly and made us smile from the positivity that we experienced from them! One of them even went into the back to find one of the items I was looking for and grabbed some for me, even knowing the type of coils that my device's tank uses and also asking about it. They also set out another product I was looking for and even gave me the options to look at the different types of the product and the prices! They also helped my mom pick the device she was looking for and also helped her get the coils she wanted for it. The store was VERY well organized and you could see pretty much everything you would want to see without having to ask a lot of questions where things were. Parking lot is nice and spacious to park in as well. I stay in North Arlington but this store is definitely worth the drive over to it. Definitely the location I'll go to next time I need more product accessories or juice. Very highly recommend! 5/5!”

But this location (Broad Street Kroger, Mansfield) is always busy and they seem to have more than occasional issues with customer service... Such as telling me over the phone that my prescription will be ready at 6pm. But when I get there, it's not in stock, had to be ordered and won't be ready for 3 days???”
