“I ended up cracking the screen on my work computer ( A Mac Book Pro). I gave them a call and they were really nice and told me to stop on by to assess the damage. When I got there, I headed right on in and they took really good care of me. I’m not super knowledgeable with Apple but they walked me through everything and were very professional the entire time. Turns out it was under apple care and they had the screen in store to do the full replacement. I was notified a couple hours THAT SAME DAY that the repair was complete. Total life savers! “Our church had been a customer of two of the large national fire and alarm system providers enduring their many mergers and acquisitions and divestments. We sought proposals from several companies in 2018 to determine if better options were available. Aeon Security was selected, and we have only had the most positive experience with Aeon's services from the initial and follow-up sales and needs assessment visits, through the installation itself, and to post installation service when needed. We do not make purchasing decisions based solely on the lower bidder mentality. Cost is a factor, of course, but more important is the detail of the proposal, the flexibility to address our unique needs, the technical expertise and resources, and the availability and accessibility after the sale. Aeon has served us well in all these areas, and was quite competitive in the cost. Our church has had 4-6 construction additions or remodeling over its existence, making it difficult for any provider to trace all the wiring and control panels for servicing, let alone taking over an existing system. Again Aeon excelled - and they were able to determine the cause and correct a pre-Aeon installation issue we had with our intercom system. Several months after the switch to Aeon for our fire and alarm system. we contracted with Aeon to install 14 security cameras in our building. “I went here today to pay a bill for a utility that was about to be disconnected. This business offered a cash bill pay service that my electric company suggested. This was the 8th place I drove to after being told by the first seven businesses that they don't do that anymore. The owner, Syd, was the kindest man I think I have ever met in my life. He not only offered the service I needed, but when it would not work on the first few tries, he offered to call the company himself (and proceeded to do so). He spent a good 15 minutes speaking to different people to make sure that I didn't leave there without having my bill paid. Bear in mind, he only made $2 off of this transaction. That's it. He reassured me several times that It was no big deal and that it shouldn't be this difficult to pay a bill. After one of the hardest weeks of my life financially speaking, I left there with my bill paid and tears in my eyes over this mans kindness and determination to help me. Aside from his genuine kindness, his store was tidy and had a vast inventory of different drinks, candies, and snacks. I'll never forget this business owners random act of kindness.”

“Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time. Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything. Funny story went back to get an electronic kettle and they didn’t have any.”

Ashley was very helpful and informative about products and gave me recommendations based on the toughness of job and what boot would pair good with it. I’ll be back once I wear these out. Update I highly recommend you get your boots here. The boots in the picture are comfortable but I wore them out in four months took them back and got a store credit. Didn’t have my receipt and they looked me up and took of me with no issues. This is the only place I will by work shoes from.”

“Kudos to Leah and Jake! During the freeze, a pipe burst behind the shower wall. Leah arranged for Jake to come out and cap off the water until the replacement parts come it. She kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Jake, the plumber, kept at it until we had a solution and could use water throughout the rest of the house. It wasn’t easy, as he kept finding more leaks and had to tear out more and more of the wall. He was determined to find a solution and did! Thanks to both of you!”

Usually the Customer Service representatives at Optum Rx don't speak fluent English and are very difficult to understand. My partner was finally greeted by Elizabeth (Liz) and Liz was awesome. She spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Even took time to spell out all the encrypted shorthand names of the meds for clarity. Very professional! I noticed that the other reviews were very negative, especially in reference to poor Customer Service. Hard to understand given that Optum Rx is owned by United Healthcare Group --- an outstanding health insurance company. Best in the business. Hint: Maybe Liz should be running the Customer Service Department...”

“Happy Monday Loves!! I decided to try this location instead of going to Waxahachie this morning and I was not disappointed. I tried the Strawberry Lemonade instead of usuals. The customer service was on point, staff members was professional and so nice. I love the smell of fresh coffee brewing. The aroma hits you so fast. Everyone knows I am an early bird. The strawberry’s lemonade is very good and the fruit is very fresh, sweet, and the drink is so delicious with rich flavors. And the brownies. OMG!! Can you say totally awesome.”
