“I have been wanting to purchase a 1966 Mustang for the past 20 years after I sold my first one to help pay for college. I finally found the perfect one for me, but was so nervous about whether I would find someone who could really help me on the many issues that go with owning a classic car. I'm so glad to have found Mid Cities Mustang! The entire team there not only helped ensure my Mustang was safe to take my family on Sunday rides, but also made sure the car was in excellent working order. Their prices were fair, and they finished the work in a week when I thought they'd need the car for at least a month. I've already put together of all the additional items I need done, and will absolutely return to Mid Cities Mustang for everything. When I picked up my car they walked me through what they had completed in detail, but not only that, they walked me back into the shop to speak to the mechanics that worked my car to share very detailed information that is unique to my Mustang and things I need to keep my eye on. I'm not just excited that Mid Cities Mustang will do all future work, but that they will be teaching me about the Mustang so I can be an even better owner.”

“I ordered an American Built Cowboy front bumper through a 3rd party reseller. After installation, I noticed a small defect and reached out to the reseller. After 3 weeks of no responses I reached out to American Built directly. I immediately received a call from one of their employees wanting to get all of the details. Within an extremely short time they reviewed the photos of the imperfection and agreed to replace the bumper directly. Going from zero response from the vendor to we will make this right by the manufacturer was certainly beneficial, impressive and extremely convenient. American Built quickly built a new bumper, they were sold out at this point, and allowed me to pick it up directly from them. They obviously care about the quality of their products and just as important if not more important, they are willing to stand behind their products and ensure the end customer is pleased with their products. American Built's customer service and products are top notch and I highly recommend them and their products. My only additional advice, order directly from them versus resellers if possible.”
