“Arrived on Wednesday afternoon the lady was very helpful. When we got to the room it had a smell like the people before us smoked some weed. The next two days the day crew and night crew were no help. We had someone above us stomping so loudly and annoying. Tuesday night crew just said ok we will look into it and nothing was actually done. Early Wednesday morning into the morning hours same thing stomping and Making all this noise. Morning lady was like oh I’m sorry sir. Overall it was a good hotel especially for why we went into town for.”

“The bed was super comfortable and no bed bugs! And the AC was really good too! The parking lot was a tad small making parking difficult but not impossible. Looked a little sketchy but really not bad. Great location, good view of the ocean or city depending on what side you’re on. Nightly rates were really good considering how close to the beach it is. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for our next trip out here!”

“Great place if U can't get approved in a regular apt. I stayed one year and half. I had no problems They took care of me. My air conditioning went out The very next day I had a new unit. I only didn't like one of the staff her attitude was very stank, but the rest was awesome especially Ebony! If I ever need a place I would gladly go back!”

“My husband and I love camping at Loyd Park. We tent camp and can find shady campsites and a lot of them are secluded. That's important for us. We usually stay for about 7 days. We have a lot of camping gear so it takes us awhile to set up and take down. They have upgraded some bathrooms and they're really nice. Separate rooms not just stalls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a store where you can buy things that you might have forgot and you can rent kayaks. You can bring your own firewood or buy theirs. The sites have a covered picnic table and firepit and usually a grill. Come stay here for camping or a day trip. You won't be disappointed.”

“Great experience with a wonderful master suite. Spacious, decent price, great area! Our room was clean, and there was cleaning items close by as well. You could tell the sheets had been changed and everything overall was great. There were not enough towels for everyone in my party, but we managed. Our tub and sink were peeling, but it didn’t deter from bathing or using the sink at all. Not luxurious, but not roach infested either! Will be back on my next trip to Austell!”

Went in this evening as a first time customer using a laundromat and ended up messing up by putting quarters into what I thought was one of the dryers after pulling them out of the washing machines, and after calling the owner to let him know if there was anyway to get my money back, he was quick and kind enough to get his manager to come out after office closing hours in which I just want to say thank you again to both the owner and the laundromat manager as this is now my go to place for doing my laundry.”

“Great customer serving and we even understanding and polite when we asked for a late check out. The manager at the desk was very friendly and the staff very non intrusive and quite with even the renovations that were taking place in some of the rooms in the hotel.... Our room was clean when we arrived and all the amenities stocked up fully. Cold a.c. unit and good running water. It was almost like a little mini vacation for us with how quiet and peaceful the while stay was. I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall, there is a good vibe to the place. The are doing some landscaping too , and I loved the palm trees they have there on the property.”
