“Before finding ZL Performance, I could barely walk, sit, or sleep. An MRI showed that the bottom two discs in my back were severely herniated. My doctor prescribed physical therapy and a cortisone shot. Nothing worked. PT left me feeling better, but 30 minutes after walking out the door, my muscles pulled my back out of alignment again. I asked the therapist why he was treating my pain and not the cause of the pain. His response was, "If you broke your arm, would you treat the pain or what broke it?" That was my last day of PT. As I began to prepare for surgery, I was introduced to Tyler at ZL Performance. After one session, I felt more relief than I'd felt in months of PT. Over the next few weeks, he focused on correcting my posture and giving me exercises that would keep my posture and back aligned in my daily life. The exercises were tailored to the life of someone who runs and exercises regularly but spends the majority of the work day in front of a desk. Two and a half years later, I still check in with Tyler every few months to make sure that I'm doing things correctly and am aligned. I have a full suite of exercises he's given me over the last two years, and I do a subset of them every morning for about half an hour. I'm at the point now where I can tell from the smallest twinge in my back what exercises I need to do to head off any major pain. I run and exercise 4 or 5 times a week. Most importantly, I can pick up and play with my 2 year-old and 4 year-old whenever I want without any restrictions. And I tell all my friends that I work out with major league baseball players... I can't recommend ZL Performance highly enough.”

“I'm not sure I would be here today if it wasn't for Dr Clifford Simmang and his team. He recently removed cancer tumors from my appendix and colon. I was praying before the surgery and when I met Dr Simmang I instantly knew he was a man of faith and I didn't want anyone else operating. He explained everything in detail and then during the colon surgery found the appendix cancer and removed it. After surgery he provided excellent care, explained everything so I could understand what was going on and gave me so much hope. My recover went great and my follow up appointment was virtual since I am not from Texas. On the follow up he explained everything again, answered my questions, looked at my incision, and when I got off the appointment I again felt so much hope. I wish Dr Simmang was in Tulsa so I could keep him on my team.”

Dr. Blair has wonderful bedside manner. She is also very calming and very knowledgeable. She delivered my baby via c section in June and my incision healed beautifully. “Hello all, My experience with John and Kelly have been phenomenal. I was looking into getting a water softener installed in my new town house. With how tight my scheduling is, they came out on short notice. They examined my water hardness, pressure, and chlorine levels. A few days later they sent me an estimate, which we agreed upon. Their pricing was a great deal, especially on how much work they had to put in. We coordinated a day for the install. It took roughly 6 hours to get it up and running. They took great pride in their work and it shows. I checked on it a couple of days later and found a very small leak. I called Kelly and they came back the very next day and took care of it. They stand behind their work and go the extra mile to make sure it looks clean and professional. They also measured my water hardness level and chlorine after the install. For hardness, it went from 9 grains to less than 1. Chlorine is non existent thanks to the Carbon filter. Thank you Kelly and John!”

“I went to Dr Ali for a complete retinal examination. She was the only ophthalmologist that had an opening in the timetable I needed to see one; I take a medication that can negatively impact my retinas and need to have them examined by an ophthalmologist every 6-12 months. Her office is about an hour away from my residence. This was my first time meeting Dr. Ali. She was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and kind. She went over my exam thoroughly and explained what she was looking for, what she actually saw, and what those results meant for my eyesight moving forward. She also took the time to do a basic eyeglasses exam as well, even though I was not on her schedule for one. Although it takes me an hour to get to her office I have decided she will take care of all my future eye wellness and care needs! I would 10/10 recommend her and her staff to any of my close personal friends and family.”
