“Oh my goodness One of the best burgers I think I have ever had my friend and I split our burgers in half so we could try to kinds he got the Texas I got the filet. Both burgers were seasoned to perfection absolutely delicious the fries were crunchy and plentiful our waiter Colton was extremely professional and definitely made us feel like we were at home. Colton made several recommendations and helped us navigate the menu and even make good choices when it Came to beer in which flips also has a great selection. I don't usually visit the same place twice in one day but we ended up coming back that evening for dessert after going out for a few drinks place had plenty of TV's for all the sporting events and even has a smoking section if you're into that I would definitely recommend this to anybody in the area.”

I had a very complicated pregnancy that ended in the best outcome possible because Dr. Kilianski knew just what to do in my situation. Not only is this office so friendly, I rarely if ever have had an unreasonable wait time for my appointments. They are also on top of scheduling/billing, are easy to call and talk to a person that truly cares, and will call you back promptly if needed. Everyone that works there are very professional and friendly. Rhonda has been doing my nails and pedicures for years. She does a fantastic job. I take my teenage son there for haircuts. He really likes the way Maria cuts his hair. I took my granddaughter there for a spa day for her birthday. Pat did a great job on her nails. “My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dodson and his staff for over 15 years. I grew up in Grapevine, and my husband and I now live in East Dallas. Even though it's a 45-minute drive for me to get to Dr. Dodson's office there's nowhere else I would rather go. We started going to Dr. Dodson because my sister had a veneer that came off on a Saturday morning. Our dentist at the time couldn't get her in until The following Tuesday. We called and left a message at Dr. Dodson's office, and without us being a current patient he met her that day and fixed her tooth. After that day we all became patients here. Each member of my family has had to have a veneer or implant put in by Dr. Dodson and his team. The attention to detail that he and his staff provide is unmatched. From seeing Cindy when you walk in and her asking you questions about your family and knowing them by name, to seeing Kathy and the same being true all the way to Dr. Dodson there's nowhere else, I'd trust my dental care with. If you're looking to make a switch or you're new to the area, you will not be let down by making a trip to the office. It will be a great experience!”

“Unbelievably Great Customer Service by all staff - especially a CRM star named Montana. I travel quite a bit like many people. Sometimes I rent up to 3 rental cars in a day, I know what service is both good and bad. I was another rental car company Gold member for several years, this trip Avis had a better corporate rate. At most FBO.s at private airports I had great service, but not like the service I had at Grapevine, Tx. Avis. Traveling this trip on Airlines I needed a car for a several month long project. I found the best rate was not at DFW but off site like they usually are, so I took Uber the short trip to Avis. I am on the third month of this project, I stop by to pick up my bill as we scan our receipts, a young gentleman named Montana knows my name when I walk in, has my paper work ready, takes care of any requests and knows what correct procedures are the first time. Companies need to promote from within more and Montana definitely has a great future at any company, Avis don’t loose this one. Great customer Service - Better than DFW prices.”
