“This is the station of DART light rail system. Very convenient to access to downtown Dallas. You have to walk several minutes from the airport terminal, and this station is located outside(open-air), so you feel hot/chilly when it is hot/cold outside.”

“This place is chill. They are starting to remodel and that’s cool because we get to have beautiful, new rooms to stay in. I certainly hope this generation of entitled people will treat them nicely. The rooms are bare bones and that’s perfect for me. I don’t need to pay the extra 20-30$ for a coffee maker I’ll never use and a blow dryer that will collect dust. The front desk ladies are awesome!! Well, the younger ones are. They are funny and engaging. They are helpful and seem to actually remember who you are and genuinely care about your return business. Honestly though, and I don’t mean to be snarky, but the two older ladies should think about retiring. The older overnight lady is flat out rude, she takes forever to do her job, if she does it at all. (I’ve had to wake her up once, so it’s probably not the first time). The other older lady (who works the day shift since the place opened in 1972) is getting just as bad. Every time I walk in the lobby she’s sitting down in the chair and it seems to me that she might be happier doing something where she doesn’t have to bothered to stand up. I wish they had the pool open, but I probably wouldn’t swim anyway if I’m being honest, because I don’t swim in any public pools. I just like hanging on the patio in the sun. It’s really convenient that they accept dogs and terribly inconvenient that the guests don’t pick up after their own animals. The dog poop is gross. I completely understand this is not the motel’s fault and it is solely the lazy dog owners lack of respect. I stay here when I’m driving through because it’s located right off the highway and it’s surrounded by a plethora of places to eat. Although, Council Bluffs in general isn’t a tourist destination, the places to see are all really close. I will continue to stay here and look forward to the new look of the rooms! And, maybe fresh faces at the desk?”

“Most of the parking is well lighted, but not all of it is, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Access roads are deteriorating as well; no potholes, yet, in the parking areas. However, the parking is good, plentiful, and the buses run regularly with a typically short wait time.”

“It's NYE and I never, I mean ever stop at this location for mail because I get mail at home. On this hectic day, Kristen the supervisor at the Merritt Island location made my day!! She responded to my delivery issue (long story with an address change and change of mailbox lock, no keys) in the morning and by the end of the day, had my package given to me at my doorstep. Excellent customer service & family environment I felt when greeted and asked for her when I walked in. I tried not to get my hopes up when she told me "she could call the carrier to see if he's in the area to meet you for the lock change". She came back moments later to tell me "If I left now, the carrier could meet me at the mailbox. Also, the lock was changed already and the keys can stick if you can't open the box." Good stuff!!! Thank you!!! I got home in minutes before the carrier showed up to let me in and to grab the partial box key and my NYE outfit handed to me, in a bag of course! Customer service level is top notch in my opinion. You made my issue easy & relaxed so thank you for your very helpful phone call to the carrier and being there for the locals! “Our visit was great!! We travel often and sometimes it's hard finding your way in churches. This one however...was awesome! The parking and welcome team were excellent!! They helped us every step of the way, from the parking lot, finding where to take our children, and even navigating our way to the main sanctuary. They we're so kind, real and helpful. It was so refreshing and we truly felt welcomed. The sermon was easy to understand and Biblical. The worship was great with lots of smiling faces praising God. If you are looking for a church family to grow with- go check this one out.”
