FireProof Athletics

CrossFit Fireproof is outstanding. I am able to push myself at my own pace while still getting intense workouts in. I have some medical issues and having a coach with EMT training makes me feel safe just in case something were to happen! Down to earth and great group of people. Any skill level is welcome from beginners to advance, you get active coaching all the way through! I'm able to push myself again in ways I didn't think was still possible.

This place and these people have fueled my love for crossfit, motivated me to be better, and encouraged me at every step. They do an awesome job of meeting you where you are and working alongside you to accomplish your goals. Great place for new or seasoned crossfitters.

Brandon and Alicia are great coaches that truly care about the success of their athletes. They make sure all their athletes get what they need to be successful and to be able to continue training for a long time!
