Today we had Ryan and Jake come out to repair a broken outdoor screen and adjust another that was rolling up incorrectly and causing shredding to the edges of the screen. They came out in masks, very polite and professional, fixed our issues and showed me the causes and solutions! Shipping isn't the fastest but then again they are making custom shirts so I can't complain. They don't have a way to save your previous orders to re-purchase. But if you call they can email it to you and you can re-purchase, that way you don't have to do a redesign. We run a remodeling company so we are constantly ordering the same shirts over and over, we have had no problem getting ahold of someone on the phone within a few minutes to get the reorder process started.
