“Dr. Jennifer Diep, DDS was fantastic! I was looking for a new dentist and after getting recommendations for at least 20 I decided to just do some looking myself. I wanted one close to me and who could fit me in easier before the end of the year. She was very informative in explaining her recommendations for me and even went so far as to explain why she felt I wouldn't be a good candidate for replacing metal fillings with the composite resin - she could have just did it to sell me but she didn't. My wait time was nothing, I filled out the paperwork there since I forgot to fill it out online and as soon as I was done I went to get my X-rays and then she started her exam. The X-rays were also quick and the technician was nice. The staff at the front was the same. I was told by several dentists I spoke with that the cleaning would have to be done on a later appointment but Castle said it might happen (they don't guarantee it but they at least don't say outright no). Well, Dr. Diep also cleaned my teeth and I can honestly say it was the "BEST" cleaning I've every had, she was thorough and careful. My exam went well and no cavities to fill and my gums are overall in good health. I will admit I was wondering if she would be as good as a dentist that has been in business a long time but she was super and in my opinion, better than some of the ones that have been. Her attention to detail and patient care were great. Their offices are clean, the waiting room has a lot of seating so you don't have to sit right next to someone if you don't want to and they are conveniently located with easy access to get in and out of the parking lot. I recommend if you're looking for a new dentist to go see Dr. Diep and her team!”

“Dr. Ding and nurse Jose were great. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I had my wisdom teeth taken out. I felt no pain at all after the surgery, and it has been 5 days with no problem. Dr. Ding personally called me and my parents (neither of us were able to pick up… sorry Dr!) and was very helpful and kind. Front desk ladies were also all very welcoming and patient. “Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful as usual. The hygienist (April) took her time to explain everything she was doing at every stage. Even though my appointment was for cleaning, Dr. Johnson took time out of his busy schedule to visit with me briefly for introductions. He is going to be my new dentist (Dr. Haddock has relocated to another state) and I like him already. The office is very neat, they provide breakfast bars and have positive posts on the exam room computer monitor. My appointment started on time.”

“I have been to Paloma Vista twice now and both experiences were great. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and treated with respect and compassion. Their hygeniest is great, very thorough, lets you know what's going on while she was doing something, explained things that would help my situation, etc. Dr. Gonzales was very professional and welcoming as well. He did a filling for me and his aide was very social, making me feel comfortable while in the chair waiting for things to start. Both times I've been here, I'm not just another body in the chair, I'm someone they all genuinely care for and appreciate as a customer. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back.”

“Absolutely the best dentist we’ve ever been to. I brought my 10 y/o here to get a filling. The communication was great, he explained everything he was doing and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the process. The procedure took less than a half hour and he did not over charge (we do not have dental insurance). Also this is the only truly non-judgmental dentist we have ever been to. And I’ve been to my fair share! My son liked this place significantly more than the pediatric dentist down the road.”

“It is not often that I'm impressed enough with a dentistry related office to write a review. These really are the most kind, happy, and knowledgeable bunch of folks you could possibly ask for. Dr Ryan was extremely thorough in his exam and treatment recommendations. Every other employee I interacted with, from the receptionist to the treatment coordinator, was incredibly patient and welcoming. Treatment prices are on par with other providers in Texas and they do accept insurance. It was also clear that they continue to follow current guidelines for covid infection prevention in healthcare settings. Truly a gem of a place.”
