“Friendly place. We opened a few accounts today. They put us in an office with a video chat to someone in their main office. Ids and documents are handled by scanner and printer in the office. When we needed a notary, the person on the video chat called the branch that we were in and let them know. The manager came in quickly and notarized the documents. I also made a $28K payment on my mortgage. That took well over 5 minutes because the teller had to get a Manager's approval twice.”
