“This was my first time renting a car here and the process was extremely smooth. Booked online a day ago and went to pick up the car next morning and it was all ready for me. I had booked an economy but they only had full size sedans so I got a Camry 2020 for the price price. The lady and the guy taking care of me was very courteous and super friendly. “There were literally NO cars available through the big name agencies when we had a bad experience with another company (not located at the rental center - that's a nightmare story for another day). Advantage had a few cars left and we were SUPER appreciative they were able to take care of us. Arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. All other agencies sold out, pouring rain, what do you do? Advantage had a reasonable price. The woman behind the counter was very kind and took care of us in every way. The car was clean and comfy. Return of the car was simple. Happy customers!”

“The clerks were helpful and told me how to navigate around the toll roads. When I came back to drop off my car I accidentally pulled into a different rental car facility next door. It was maybe 4am and there was only one guy working nearby. I described that I pulled into the wrong place and I can't back out because my tires will be damaged. He told me to just leave the keys on the dash and he would take care of it. Sure enough, when I got off my flight I had am email that everything was processed and they didnt charge me extra for failing to drop off the car at the proper location. So grateful and honest. “Was walking around Georgetown and came across this little shop. I can't say enough positive things. First off, the owner Maria is so incredibly sweet and real. She is very talented and knowledgeable. You can tell she truthfully cares about helping people and building customers for life for her small business. I was surprised to find out she was only 2 years in business. Secondly her products are excellent. “There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the rental center. Which is a completely separate facility than the airport. All of the car rental places are there. Stand in the middle, take out your cellphone or tablet and type in rental cars Dallas Fort Worth. Use one of the many sites that do comparison pricing for you. I went to one company, they said they couldn't match the low online price. Sent me to the company that WAS offering the deal. $8 a day difference. Went to the lot, car was missing. The lot attendant switched cars immediately ( didn't have to go back inside!) I noted some small damage to one place on fender. The lady at the check out logged it and made a note on my paperwork as well! Good experience.”

“This is one of my favorite Hertz locations. The cars are always in great shape and sometimes I get cars that are brand new! My only suggestion is with the exteriors of the cars. The interiors are always really well cleaned, but a lot of the time the windshield and windows are a bit dirty and could've used a more thorough cleaning”

This time we have a small problem regarding returning the car within time. So they charged some extra. But then I wend to Budget customer service desk DFW Airport area and told them about the situation they listen and adjusted the extra amount and charged the same amount what was as per agreement.
