“I am rating this location simply due to the convenience. This Avis is located inside the Walmart. It's a small space but you can do returns (no after hours) and rentals. They have reserved spots outside in the Walmart parking area. It's very very convenient. They do have a night drop box too in case you need to do a late return.”

“We reserved a mini van to pick up around 8am on a weekday, but were called early that morning notifying us they didn't have a mini van or an optional vehicle there and had to have one transferred. It was an upgrade, which was okay but not as good on gas. But it wasn't there until 11am. Since the pickup time was different we wanted to change the drop-off time, which he failed to do on the contract, which was overlooked. *Don't settle for verbal confirmations; make sure the contract says what is agreed on.* Overall it was the kind of basic service you can expect from a car rental franchise.”
