When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he can't use because his corporate store log in couldn't find the part number and because of that he couldn't take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.”

“Honestly, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have taken every vehicle I have ever owned here and will continue to do so. The rest of my family does the same. The staff are beyond nice and accommodating. There have been many times they have suggested repairs but also let me know that certain things can wait and they will keep an eye on them for me (when I come in for routine oil changes) and then let me know when it comes closer to an issue. This gives me time to prepare for those larger ticket items. Obviously unexpected things happen, but these types of non-pushy efforts aid big in the trust department. When they tell me it's important, I believe them! Just recently had some work done on my 2013 Sonata and it is running so much better than before! A vehicle purchase can be one of the most expensive budget items, but keeping the vehicle maintained pays dividends on the life expectancy. Especially as many miles as I put on mine and the length of time I plan to own them. Definitely highly recommend!”
