“My dental insurance was not in effect, being new in the area and overdue by 2 months of routine cleaning I decided on Dr. Palmer's office based on the high reviews as well as Linda's open and friendly communication. I did call other facilities but either they weren't willing to take current xrays from my prior dentist, or insisted on a full exam 'without' a routine cleaning on appointment day, or just couldn't accommodate a new patient. Dr. Palmer worked with me, accepted prior xrays, examination, suggested options for future care and provided an ultrasonic teeth cleaning. I never had an ultrasonic cleaning I felt immediately the effective cleaniness over the 'scraping' technique. Last but not the least the price was comfortable and right. “We have loved our experience with Dr. Buchanan at the Aubrey location! Our daughter got her braces off after having them for 2.5 years. Her teeth were very crowded and Dr. Buchanan came up with a great treatment plan to take care of everything. His staff is great too! They have always been very friendly, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my daughter was comfortable and had everything she needed. A tech even met us on a Sunday afternoon when my daughter was having some discomfort and took care of her issue immediately. We can't say enough great things about Dr. Buchanan and his staff! We would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist! In fact, we have recommended him to friends who are just as happy as we have always been! In short, great doctor, great staff, great experience!”

“Yesterday was my first visit to this dentist and I will continue coming! I am a new patient and they got me in the same day due to a cancellation which was so convenient for me. I had to bring my three year old daughter with me and that can be stressful to keep her still while I get X-rays and teeth cleaning and this dental team worked SO hard talking with her, giving her toys and stickers, turning the TV on, and helping keep her distracted. They were so kind and understanding even though I know that makes their job harder. Very clean office and such awesome staff. The doctor was amazing as well! “I and my husband took our soon to be 7 years old daughter to the Lake Cities PDO and O M G! Right from the door I felt like a child myself. All the colors and fun presents, decorations, chairs, the way stuff talks to a child and makes them feel like they are in some Disneyland was mind blowing to me. I literally felt like I came to a REAL pediatric dentistry what it should be (and a little better). What a good set up and right stuff in this place! I felt our daughter had so much fun pulling out her 2 teeth that she didn't even realize her teeth got actually pulled :). The doctor Al is such a sweetheart! He has fun approach to a child and talks to them in a way that a child is ready to open their mouth as wide as they can and let the doctor do whatever. Just incredible. I am so full of emotions that couldn't wait to make a review to this place. And hey, you must see their TVs on ceiling. What a great idea! I would never think about it. You most definitely need to go and see it on your own. Even if you are living all the way in Arlington - DRIVE to this place with your child! It is so worthy that! It is our dentistry now!
