“My 90yr old mother had pre-paid cremation services through a mortuary in California. Once she moved to Texas to live with me I called two other places to see who would take her coverage, both places were rude. Then I contacted Boze Mitchell McKibbin they were so wonderful. I sent over her paperwork to Vicky and within 20 minutes I received a return call and was told "they would be happy to take care of my mother" Within two weeks my mother passed away, I called Boze Mitchell McKibbin, even though it was 5pm, they sent a wonderful gentleman over, I don't remember his name but he had a great beard. He was so nice and considerate of our feelings and took such great care of my mother. The next day we received a call from Savannah. We went in to meet with her, again her professionalism was wonderful and was only surpassed by her caring attitude. She made us feel so welcome and non-rushed. Following everything we received a call from Morgan where we went over all the things that we should do, many things I didn't even know. So helpful!! “My experience with Intergity Funeral Directors wholeheartedly was God Sent. I had no idea, nor which direction to go in and a blessing fell at my feet with Mr. Travis Lamont. To make a very painful story short, my only living sibling from my Mother was taken away from us last year in March in Wisconsin. I am currently residing in California and our home burial is in Louisiana. I could barely put one foot in front of the other let alone began the process of getting my Brother from Wisconsin to Louisiana. The prices, my family and I were very comfortable with a breath of fresh air. Sadly I felt there were some places that play on the mourning family emotions. After exchanging information all of the funeral arrangements were underway and tooken care of. I even received checkup phone calls, words of encouragement, and prayer. My Brother was very handsome and the service was beautiful. Highly recommended all the way from California. “Our 20-year old grandson was killed on the highway by a drunk driver, and our big concern of the moment was that he not be left at the examiners any longer than necessary. The big corporate funeral homes near us were not giving us satisfactory attention. We were referred by friends to Dalton & Sons who received the body into their care within two hours. From there they led us all the way through the difficult process with utmost compassion and saved us $4000 over the base price of the big corporate funeral homes. At the memorial service, they never rushed the family or tried to clear the family out. At the grave site a storm was raging so loud we could barely conduct our final goodbyes. The Dalton director respectfully stood in the rain and let all the family leave the tent before he left. It was the bust of service in the worst of time.”
