This center gives the being the opportunity to reflect on one-Self through a beautiful Kriya process. If I have to measure or rate through mundane process, it can not be less than five stars as we all congregate for experiencing bliss and nothing else. A fringe benefit for one is that this center has been running from beginning of new millennium by a beautiful couple at their home whose doors are open for all AOLites with a loving care and a big smile. I have been a member of numerous gyms,have met and used the services of many personal trainers but none have given me the attention, support or assistance that Anna provides. She not only has helped my fitness journey in a multitude of ways, but she has been very kind to me and caring as well. Most trainers I've used in the past are clearly there only to earn a dollar but Anna appears to actually care about helping me reach my goals and my overall well being. She encourages me when I am down or lacking motivation and she listens to my concerns and my goals and motivates me to keep reaching them. I have seen tremendous results since she has been my trainer and continue to improve daily. Thank you so much for the help, words cannot express how much you have helped me.”

“I love it here, it’s more than just a gym . On Tuesday’s , Thursday’s and saturdays they have something called fitchurch service starts at 11. You workout as a group, @12 you have nutrition class , and at 1:00 you have a lesson from the Bible, or spiritual lesson and it’s all free. However if you want to do their coaching , that’s what’s costs and you can make an appointment any other time. Except Sundays and sometimes Friday.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Pilates! Tuesday was my first time to try Pilates and also my first time to work out in way too long! I am perfectly sore today but not in pain. I have never enjoyed a class as much as I did this one. The studio is clean, cute and such a comfortable environment. Ashley is an amazing teacher and I was able to understand what to do easily without worrying the whole time if I was doing something wrong. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and felt so at ease even though I was totally out of my element! If I could I would go everyday... can't wait to get on the schedule for next week!”

“My 3 year old daughter enjoys playing here. The lady at the front desk is always polite and friendly. She always organizes the gym when the kids get too many toys out. There is a huge selection of Melissa and Doug toys and activity sets for sale up front. The gym is usually very clean and not too busy. My daughter loves the play kitchen and farmers market stand. The craft area is nice with paint, crayons, and chalk. There is a variety of swings and different equipment to use but the gym is somewhat small and everything is crowded together. There have been days when older kids or unsupervised kids are too rough and the smaller kids get knocked down or don't get a turn on equipment. If the gym was bigger this wouldn't be such an issue but when it's crowded with older kids running around unsupervised and not paying attention it can be dangerous and/or annoying. The Katy location is bigger and we've never had an issue with kids getting hurt because there is much more space between equipment. The Cypress location has a better quiet room-it's much bigger with nicer things inside like calming lights, a soft rug, bean bag chairs, and pillows. The Cypress location also has a bigger party room with an awesome projector for games.”
