It’s a smaller gym but they have all the equipment you would need to get a full body workout. Plus they have wipes to clean the machines/equipment. “I have been playing at slam 3 years going on 4 last season (14’s). My experience was some thing I never imagined could happen with such amazingly wonderful coaching from both coach Iris and coach Morgan. Coach Iris pushes me and everyone she coaches to do and be our best. She makes sure that every player she coaches is and becomes the best player they can be. For me I came in and instantly Iris and Morgan told me that they both see the potential in me. I never could of imagine a coach would make it their top priority to creat a bond with every player they come across.They have and continue to find any way for her players to get more touches on a volleyball. So I’m here to post some updated pics and insure anyone looking for a SOLID gym this is the place. I went to anytime fitness, golds gym and NEITHER of them came close to this gym. If your a bodybuilder or serious lifter or even just an average gym goer looking for a cool vibe and solid line up of equipment this is the place! The guy at the counter was super friendly and had great customer service. So whoever the guy is with the mustache props to you my man! Made a bomb shake too. I forgot to take pics of the cardio room and the other equipment so these pics don’t even do justice or show half the gym.”

I was sent to Garner & Riley for physical therapy and have been doing well with the attentiveness my therapist shows me and when you walk in all front desk personnel greet you and are very pleasant to deal with. I am so grateful and thankful this was the place I was sent to this therapy center. And they are very good about making sure all equipment is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. Their aim is to help you recover from injuries, surgeries and help you to get to be the best you can be. From my therapist to all I have seen, are very good and knowledgeable people in what they do and take it very seriously. Thank you Garner & Riley for what you do.”

Thank you for your business! 8/22/22: Texas Flex as a location has a great selection of equipment in the amount of real estate that it has. I would call this one of my favorite gyms, but my customer service experience has been a bit lackluster. When I first signed up online, I wasn't given clear onboarding instructions. I couldn't find staff hours anywhere online to check when I could pick up my key fob and had to reach out and wait for a response - I feel like info like this should be included in some kind of onboarding details. To avoid any gaps in communication. Fast forward to present day, I've emailed to cancel my membership due to external reasons, and have been waiting for almost a week now. I provided my cancellation info via email, exactly as someone from front desk had instructed me to. I haven't gotten a clear response as to where in the cancellation process they are at even after sending follow-up emails. It's almost the end of the month and I'm concerned that I could potentially charged for the upcoming month if it doesn't get cancelled on time. Texas Flex, I really want to give you the stars you deserve because I really did love this gym in the short time I worked out there. I just wish there was more efficient communication and more information available online to avoid further confusion.”
