The workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level — whether you're a CrossFit fiend, a prior athlete or an active mom who wants a challenge, there's something here for everyone. I am a previous collegiate athlete, who also competed in bodybuilding prior to the pandemic and I'm working to get back in shape. Sanctum has the workouts I need to achieve that! The coaches are super helpful and talk you through the workout at the beginning, and also ensure that every movement is performed accurately and safely during the workout. Members also make you feel very welcome, giving you tips, helping you find equipment, motivating you through the sets, and fist bumping you upon completion. I have to give special kudos to the owner, Mike, because he's awesome and values each member and takes the time to get to know everyone! This box, the staff, the workouts and the Sanctum community is unmatched. You won't regret joining!”

“If you want your daughter to practice rhythmic gymnastics on more advanced levels than beginners/recreational, HRG is the ONLY place to go in Houston metro area. We drive for an hour to get to the practice and another hour to get back, it's totally worth it. My daughter loves the place. Sometimes rough around the edges. Dignity, grace, discipline, attention to details, stress resistance, concentration, competition, team relationships, etc. Overall: Good school of life!”

“Your standard Planet Fitness. Major plus that they are open 24hrs. I came at 2am so it was dead but I can't really see this gym being crowded even at peak times. Men's restroom could use refreshing but overall the gym is clean. Equipment is in good working order. For those that still care (I sure don't!), employees still wear face masks. I recommend parking directly in front of the gym during the night. If you park off on the side of building next to the main road, it's not well lit and sketchy looking individuals constantly pass thru.”
