“When I walked in the doors I was greeted by two gentlemen immediately with smiles on their faces. They asked if they could help me. I explained I wanted to join 24hr fitness abd they immediately alerted the salesman which was very friendly. He explained all of my options and told me about classes as well. He downloaded the App on my phone for me and asked if I wanted a free session with a personal trainer which I thought was great. Today at 11:00 AM is when I am meeting with the personal trainer. “I was immediately motioned into the bay. Mechanic came over & asked what he could do for me. I told him my car needed a service. I asked for the cost & was quoted. He got my vin # & mileage, then I was informed that they were out of the oil that was normally used for my vehicle. He said that they would have it in stock the next day. I could come back the next day. I told him that would be a problem for me. Could we use another oil. I was told we could use 10W30 MaxLife which I agreed to. The mechanic on the top went to put windshield washer fluid in the container & when I realized it, I stopped him, telling him the sprayers had come loose & fallen inside between the hood & the liner. He went above & beyond & tried to reattach the sprayers. When they were finished. I was given the price & they had given me a discount from the online coupon. I have gone to Valvoline stations for years to have my vehicle serviced & I have never been done wrong.”

Mike, the owner is incredible about emphasizing the proper yoga form with all of his instructors in class. They have a great ambience, studio space, and even the option to practice outside! “Party of 4 and we got the Hungry Platter. Plenty to eat. Included traditional sushi, tempura, and more. Shared some wine and enjoyed a nice visit over dinner. Waiter was kind but pretty busy. We arrived about 6:15 and the bar was full. Soon after, all the tables were full and the 'to go' parking was busy as well. The food is fresh and tasty. We will go back.”

He was and still is a terrific mentor and coach for her. He instilled in her the true fundamentals of being a track athlete to where she is able to compete and thrive as a walk-on sprinter at the University of Kentucky. In fact the head sprinter coach at UK said she has been one of the best walk-ons he ever coached. They have a variety of staff from all the sports which are rotated for the trainings.
