“I broke my left fibula and came here for physical therapy to work with Danielle. My experience was incredible. I cannot overstate how helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging the staff is. Every week, they progressed me to new exercises that kept me engaged and rapidly improving. Within one week of weight bearing, I was walking without crutches. Within 4 weeks, I was playing basketball again and doing squats over 100lbs. The stability, mobility, and strength of my leg is fantastic. I drove 15-20 minutes out of my way to work with Danielle and it was worth it. Each staff member will also build a relationship with you that makes you look forward to visiting. I was sad to leave my last appointment this week but grateful to meet all the wonderful people at Three Lakes Physical Therapy!”

“I’ll start with the fact that the dental assistants and the front staff were very kind and informative. The woman at the front desk took extra time to explain and ensure that I understood the paperwork I was signing for my daughter’s x-rays and why they may be necessary. Although the dentist wasn’t able to treat my daughter in their office and referred us to a specialist, he was extremely kind and supportive and made sure to let me know that the issue we are having is mostly genetic, common and not my fault (this goes a long way to hear from a professional as moms who blame ourselves for everything!) The staff and dentist seemed to have great rapport and it made for a comfortable environment. Overall, an excellent experience and I will be returning with my other children!”

“Words do not come easy when the heart is so full of gratitude. I've been a patient of Dr. Claudia Kotin for a while now. Since starting with her, I feel that my life has changed dramatically. She listens and comprehends all while teaching you how to treat yourself. She works at your pace and is so kind. Her work with veterans and the veteran community is insurmountable. Their office personnel are few, and it may take time to get an appt, but keep trying. They are the best! They offer EMDR, Neurofeedback, and a hyperbaric chamber. The office is located on their property, which has deer and other wildlife roaming freely. It's a lil piece of serenity back there.”

At the end of the course, I not only felt totally ready to have the birth experience that I wanted, but also empowered to switch providers late in my pregnancy to ensure that happened. Her services didn’t stop there. When I finally went into labor, my doula I had hired was out of town and Caren stepped in as the back up. “I went the ER and had to find a surgeon after discharge fast bc I was in pain. Tammy made space for me next day. Her staff was so kind and she was great walking me through all my options and got me scheduled in for surgery right away. Had the surgery today went right on schedule super smooth no complications can't ask for more she was also real with me about the pain and made sure I got the good stuff so I wouldn't suffer. I don't think it could have gone better I give her a 10/10.”

“This year, I had to switch eye doctors because Excel Eye Care of Texas stopped accepting VSP insurance. While I could have paid out of pocket, that would defeat the purpose of having insurance. I've been seeing eye doctors for over 45 years, and I can honestly say Dr. Hobkin is the best eye doctor I've ever encountered. The new place I visited was pleasant, but they aggressively pushed additional products and services, which I found frustrating. At this stage of life, I know what I need and prefer not to be treated like I'm at a car dealership. Dr. Hopkin is straightforward and always prioritizes the patient's best interests. I hope he'll be back on VSP's list next year. If not, I'll have to consider paying out of pocket, though it's not my preferred option.”
