“Saved my life! I came in for what I believed to be a sinus infection since I've been dizzy and tired for the last few days. The provider, after assessing me thoroughly recommended an EKG due to an irregular heartbeat. I decided to move forward with the recommendation. Surely enough, my heart was in an irregular rhythm and I was sent to the hospital by ambulance. A spent a few days in the hospital but now I am out and would like to express my appreciation. I'd like to thank the staff for remaining completely calm throughout the whole process... since I also suffer from a large amount of anxiety. I could tell I was in good hands and felt safe throughout my visit. They checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay, and did not crowd the room at all. Anxiety and a frantic crowded room is a recipe for disaster for me. What turned out to be what I thought was a simple sinus infection ended up as something completely different. Thank you to the provider for being amazing! I highly recommend this clinic!”

“Was suffering for about 8 weeks with a Kidney stone lodged into my Ureter and it wasn’t budging. Went to the ER because the pain was getting worse. That is when the stone was seen. I was referred to Urology SA by the ER. I called and they said they had an opening at the the Brooks City Base location with Dr Russell. I had to have a procedure done to remove it with a camera and laser. I will say this about Dr Russell. They have numerous locations around San Antonio and to see him I have to drive about 40 minutes. 100% worth the extra drive. Very friendly, professional and obliterated the stone that was lodged. The staff there are friendly as well.”

“This is an amazing staff at the Rosenberg location 🙏 Always friendly and the young ladies at the front desk greet you as soon as you come in. The eye doctors too. I’ve been in a couple of times, and most recently I came in to repair a pair of glasses. They were pretty busy that day but were still able to acknowledge and tend to all of the customers. I was working with Veronica and she made the whole experience seamless and very informative on the process for the return of my glasses. Definitely recommend this location/institution for any vision and eyeglass needs. A great staff that works well as a team and clearly all enjoy working with each other. “Came here with 4 friends and my fiance. Only reason we were here is because the Buffalo Wild Wings nearby closes their kitchen at 10:30 pm, and we were out to eat at 10. Wasn't very busy so we seated ourselves right away in the outdoor area. Ordered some drinks and apps, all out quickly. Was able to put in 6 food orders with an appetizer and get them all within 30 minutes. Ordered my burger medium and it was perfectly done. There's also a hookah lounge next door they seems to be owned by the same people. Pretty young crowd but wasn't loud and obnoxious. Definitely coming back”
