“I have had good experiences with the doctors here but the front office is a mess. They have messed up my billing even though I gave my insurance three times to three different people in office. They have messed up my schedule, and the girl I spoke to was incredibly rude. You can't get a hold of them, and they don' call back. I give 2 stars for the doctors but good luck with the front office. ******Update: I would like to point out the office manager reached out to me after writing this post and was very helpful, and polite. I did change my rating from a 2 to a 4.”

“I have been to 1st Class Urgent Care 3 times now. Every time I have been treated very well. From the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between, my experiences were top of the line. I have never waited long and I felt cared for and I have never been rushed. I have seen 3 different doctors, but received the same positive care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always neat and clean...even the restrooms. I love that they have positive Bible verses on the walls and calming art work. I went the first time because they accept Medicare. I will continue to use them for Urgent care because of my exceptional experience. I am glad they are close to my home!”

“Dr. Dela Cruz has been nothing but compassionate with me. I scheduled a visit with the Richardson location and happened to choose with him. Ever since the first visit, he would patiently listen to any concerns I had and would also make sure that the care I received would be thorough and accurate (either directly from him or from other doctors he personally trusts). I never felt rushed, and he would actually take time to explain and answer any questions I had. I have never had a regular doctor until now, and I will continue to go to him for any check-ups or consultations. In addition, the nurse I happened to interact with the last couple times is nothing but kind as well. I will have to update this when I catch her name the next time.”
