“THE SERVICE IS OVER THE TOP!!!!! Big Apple is 2 miles further than the franchise or chains. Whwn you shop there, you are supporting a local merchant. Even if I am running an errand and need to go get something, i always look forward to going to thr Big Apple, never does it feel like an errand. I must give a shout out to Big Apple because one can feel they care about the customer and their store. Not only is big apple a cool destination, it has a great selection. [City folk... it is worth the road trip to see and enjoy] Clothes, feed, farm equipment, tools, pet items and some and general merchandise (garden, home and impulse purchase items) are all nice. It definitely has a good selection for livestock, bees included, and cool western gear for the horse hobbyist or enthusiast. I found their prices were comparable to other stores (sometimes even lower...). Bug Apple has the service and selection and it is also a fun destination just for kicks”

“This place is amazing! All the reviews are true! Jordan was so nice and professional on the phone and Hannah (the groomer) did an great job on Odin (our Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix). He usually does not like being groomer/bathed or having his nails trimmed, so my husband & I are usually hesitant to take him to the groomers. But Hannah was so good with him & he magically became in angel in her hands. He has never looked so good! Odin came out smiling, smelling good & well trimmed. My husband & I will be moving to Aubrey soon but we’ll be traveling to bring our dog back! Highly recommend this place!”

“I was a bit skeptical to take our doodle to somewhere other than our local groomers but we were in a pinch. I was pleasantly surprised at the job well done by Harley (I think that was her name). He's a big puppy and very nervous during grooming but she finished a full body wash and cut in only 3 & 1/2 hours. I was very impressed. Definitely plan to schedule again when needed.”

“Someone needs to give Taylor a raise! She was so helpful helping me find what I needed. She let my kitten try on the harness to make sure it fit and also gave me recommendations for his wet food. I also almost messed up his name tag but she was so helpful and tried to fix it. She even said that she'd make me a new one if it didn't turn out good. But it did and I was very happy with everything. She communicated everything beautifully! Kudos 🎉”
